Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 August 2026
1. Who we are
Master IMAT ("we", "the Service") is operated by DUVAN ALP EREN, a self-employed professional registered in Italy, VAT number 03013430180, with registered address at Via Indipendenza, 27100 Pavia, Italy. You can reach us at infomasterimat@gmail.com.
These terms govern your use of masterimat.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
2. What the Service provides
Master IMAT is an online preparation platform for the IMAT (International Medical Admissions Test). It provides a question bank with explanations, practice and timed study modes, progress tracking, and — where we have made them available — mock exams with scoring.
We add and revise content over time. Features may change, and we may add or retire parts of the Service.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use the Service. You must give accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. New accounts are reviewed before activation.
An account is for one person. Sharing login details, or using one account for several students, is a breach of these terms and we may suspend the account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or have your parent or guardian's consent.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Access is sold as a prepaid period — currently 1 month, 3 months or 1 year. These are one-off purchases: they do not renew automatically and you will never be charged again without buying another period. When the period ends your account returns to the free tier; your progress and statistics are kept.
Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable VAT. Payment is currently arranged directly with us and access is activated manually, normally within a few hours of payment clearing.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.
Because access is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked to give express consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access has been granted. If you do not give that consent, access begins after the 14-day period.
Beyond that, if the Service is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will consider a refund in good faith. Nothing here limits your rights under the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, republish, resell or share our questions, explanations or exams;
- scrape or bulk-download content, or use automated tools against the Service;
- share your account, or attempt to reach content your plan does not include;
- interfere with the Service's operation or security.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section, without refund.
7. Our content
All questions, explanations, exams and site material are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright. Your plan grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use them for your own exam preparation. Nothing more.
8. No guarantee of results
The Service is study material, not a promise of any outcome. We do not guarantee that you will pass the IMAT or gain admission to any university. Our questions are written to reflect the exam but are not official IMAT papers and we are not affiliated with the bodies that set or administer the IMAT.
We work hard on accuracy and correct errors when we find them, but we cannot warrant that every item is free of mistakes.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates and faults may cause downtime.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Ending your access
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/odr.
